Victoria’s Secrets | A wonderful week — Babylon Real Estate news

News Victoria’s Secrets | A wonderful week By Victoria Schneps … Comments Posted on November 8, 2026 Golfers at the outing for Life’s WORC created by Lou Ciliberti at The Rock Country Club. It doesn’t get better than generous people being generous to a cause on the golf course and in the dining room. This past week, Lou Ciliberti helped Life’s WORC , the group I founded that provides group homes and day programs and family support for people in the autism world and with developmental disabilities, organize a golf outing at The Rock Country Club in Baiting Hollow . His stunning, world-class club was the site of the outing. Lou approached me months earlier to offer to do the event with 100% of the proceeds going to Life’s WORC. Thank you, Lou, for your generosity, and a big thanks to the sponsors, too: Capodagli Property Company LLC , Steve Banis EOS Implementer , The Mattone Family Charitable Fund and The AJN Group/Joe Wanderlingh . Additional friends and supporters include: John Picone , P.C. Richards & Son , William Kissam , Paul Carmichael , Stuart Acker , Douglas C. Lane & Associates – Sarat Sethi, CFA , The Frank J. Antun Foundation and Cbiz – Louis Biscotti . Adding to the successful fundraising event was certified sommelier John De Lissio from Insieme Wines in Oceanside , who was offering tastings at the golf outing! Also to my delight, Jimmy Tsoumas , who has the stunning new Greek restaurant Meli’s in Garden City , donated his fine food to Life’s WORC for a fundraising event, thanks to an introduction from my friend and daughter Samantha’s friend, Meredith Edelman . I visited there for dinner and was delighted by the food at the beautiful 100-seat restaurant. When I was there, they still hadn’t gotten their sign up on busy Franklin Avenue , but it didn’t stop the restaurant from having a full bar and all the tables taken. The superb salads, fresh fish and lamb chops we had were all perfectly seasoned and cooked to our preferences. I couldn’t resist the Greek yogurt dessert — it was rich and creamy. The food was the best Greek dishes I ever had and was only topped by the superb, friendly service. Find them at 815 Franklin Ave. and you will enjoy the experience as I did! For more information, visit meligc.com . Then, with the sun shining, I made my way to Hampton Bays’ beautiful Canoe Place to join Gerard Moringiello at his exotic car show in their parking lot. Gerard had invited the Porsche and Ferrari clubs to have their members bring out their sparkling, pristine cars, and they were joined by other vintage car owners — it was a sight to behold! What fun! Stay tuned for a new Dan’s Taste event featuring unique collectable cars next summer! What a week it was! Happy Halloween! About the Author All comments are subject to our Community Guidelines .
